  • Ingredients:
    • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and cubed
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 4 cups vegetable broth
    • 1 tsp nutmeg

    • Olive oil
  • Instructions:
    1. In a pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
    2. Add the butternut squash, broth, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
    3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until squash is tender.
    4. Puree the soup until smooth. Serve warm.

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 cups flour
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1 packet yeast

    • For the icing: 1/2 cup brown butter, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Instructions:
    1. Combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Heat milk, then mix in. Knead the dough until smooth.
    2. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

    • 2 cups chicken, shredded

    • 4 cups chicken broth
    • 1 cup heavy cream
    • Herbs (thyme, parsley)
  • Instructions:
    1. Cook wild rice as per package instructions.

    • 1 cup ricotta cheese
    • Fresh sage leaves
